The following Registration Fees have been set for the 19th World Congress of Soil Science. 

Please note:-

• All fees are in Australian Dollars and all registration payments must be made in Australian Dollars.
• All fees include the Australian Government Goods and Service Tax of 10%

• Cancellations of Congress registrations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat via fax, post or email.  Cancellations or changes will not be accepted over the phone.
• Cancellations received up to 30 April 2010 will be refunded less an administration charge of $250.00. Thereafter refunds will not be available however you may nominate a substitute delegate without additional cost.
• Cancellations received for Congress registration from 1 May 2010 onwards will receive no refund.
  
  

• The Congress reserves the right to cancel a Pre or Post Congress Tour if insufficient bookings are received.  Additionally if circumstances beyond our control force the cancellation of a Tour full reimbursement will be given to delegates for that Tour.
• Cancellations received for Tours up to 30 April 2010 will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $250.00.
• Cancellations received for Tours from 1 May 2010 onwards will receive no refund.
  
  

• The Congress reserves the right to cancel an Excursion if insufficient bookings are received.  Additionally if circumstances beyond our control force the cancellation of an Excursion full reimbursement will be given to delegates for that Excursion.
• Cancellations received for Excursions received up to 31 May 2010 will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
• Cancellations received for Excursion from 1 June 2010 onwards will receive no refund.
  
  

• The Congress reserves the right to cancel any Social Functions if insufficient bookings are received.  Additionally if circumstances beyond our control force the cancellation of Social Function full reimbursement will be given to delegates for that Social Function.
• Cancellations received for Social Program Events received up to 31 May 2010 will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
• Cancellations received for Social Program Events from 1 June 2010 onwards will receive no refund.
  
  

• Accommodation reservations are made in line with Group Booking policies and are subject to these cancellation policies.
• Cancellations made to accommodation reservations 60 days or more prior to arrival incur no penalty.  Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation.
• Cancellations made to accommodation reservations inside 30 days prior to arrival are subject to the full payment of the total booking.
• No shows to accommodation bookings will be charged in full by the hotel.
