Oral and Poster Presentation Registration Requirements

Please note the following Registration Conditions for submitting authors:-

1. It is a condition of submission that each paper (oral or poster) presented at the Congress must be associated with a delegate who has paid the Full Congress registration - single Day Registrations are not permitted.

This condition means that there must be separate registration for each paper included in the Congress program.  The only exception is where a single author has had more than one paper accepted for presentation. 

2. If  you cannot present your paper (Oral or Poster) you can nominate any other delegate to present you paper – this could be a co-author or any other colleague registered to attend the Congress. However as there must be a separate registration for each paper, you cannot nominate a delegate who is already presenting a paper (oral or poster).

3.  Authors must have submitted and paid for their registration prior to 30 May 2010 or their paper (oral or poster) will be removed from the Congress program and Congress proceedings.

Oral Presentations
Authors whose papers have been accepted for Oral Presentation will be advised when their presentation is scheduled for in June 2010 (possibly before).

Poster Presentations

If your Paper has been accepted for "Poster Presentation" please note the following:-

  • Posters are to be made in AO size and in portrait orientation - A0 dimensions are 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (841 mm x 1189 mm)
    or in inches 33.1 x 46.8.
  • Please include on the poster a photo of the presenting author  that is no more than 10cm high x 8cm wide displayed on the top right hand side of the poster.
  • Details of the time and location for your Poster Presentation will be emailed to you by the end of June 2010.
